Presidents Achievement Award
The President of Northern Arizona University will award special recognition for outstanding performance to classified staff and service professional employees with the President's Achievement Award.
The criteria for nomination of either an exempt or non-exempt individual is:
- Employees who promote strong positive interpersonal relations and create a sense of true community through their presence and manner of job performance.
- Employees who have complete job mastery and performance that far exceed Northern Arizona University expectations, and are effective at meeting goals and objectives.
- Employees who demonstrate active support and loyalty to Northern Arizona University, its goals, objectives and philosophies.
In order to be eligible for the individual award, an employee must be in good standing with the university for three years and be in a full-time or part-time regular position.
Any university employee may nominate candidates who meet these criteria. The deadline for nomination forms to be completed (with required signatures) and submitted to Human Resources is April 4, 2005. Individual recipients are awarded $1,000 and winners will be recognized at a ceremony following the recipient announcements.
